Contract Counselling

Relate holds a number of contracts with organisations who provide the funding for their employees or service users to access counselling, usually for a set number of sessions.

Specially trained counsellors are able to deal with a wider range of problems such as stress, bullying and sexual harassment. There is no individual feedback to the employer, so client confidentiality is not compromised.

Among the benefits to the employer are that it can reduce the need for sickness benefits, saves welfare and personnel time, but primarily, counselling can be offered to employees as an integral part of an Employee Care Plan. We can also provide the employer with statistics to help evaluate the service at regular review sessions.

Because you only pay for the appointments used, you do not have any initial outlay. Because we invoice you monthly in arrears, you are able to monitor the use carefully & it can help identify specific problems before they get out of hand.
